1. Services
SCUART offers web design, digital platform development, and technology systems for businesses. Each project is governed by a specific agreement between SCUART and the client, detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
2. Proposals and quotes
SCUART proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Project start is confirmed with written acceptance of the proposal and payment of the first agreed milestone.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment of the project, the client receives usage rights to the final delivered work. SCUART retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless a signed confidentiality agreement is in place.
Source code, frameworks, and third-party tools used may be subject to their own licenses.
4. Payments
Projects are invoiced by pre-agreed milestones. Payment failure may result in work suspension. SCUART does not deliver source files or admin access until full payment is complete.
5. Revisions and scope changes
Each project includes a number of revision rounds specified in the proposal. Scope changes beyond what was agreed will be quoted separately before being executed.
6. Cancellation
The client may cancel the project with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date is invoiced proportionally. Payments for work already completed are non-refundable.
