The craft
Etnia Braids is a salon specialized in the art of braids, in Corona, Queens. The site starts there: a premium editorial aesthetic that treats the work as what it is — craft, not just another service. Photography carries the brand; the voice is "we", the focus is the result in the hair.
The system
The salon needed more than a pretty website: a real booking system. We built a custom flow — pick a service, day and time — with the deposit charged through Stripe. Each service has its own duration and price, and the appointment is confirmed and scheduled automatically. Not a generic template: a system built to fit the business.
The booking
Work is charged upfront with a deposit, so the calendar manages itself — no calls, no manual WhatsApp, no gaps in the schedule. What justifies the higher ticket isn't just the design: it's the booking and payments infrastructure running behind it.
